• The item has not been signed for (DO not signed)

• The item is in original condition, unused, and in its original packaging

• The request complies with our return policy requirements

2️⃣ Provide order details and supporting photos for verification

3️⃣ Our team will review and approve the request if eligible

4️⃣ The item must remain in original condition until further instructions are given

5️⃣ Refund will be processed once the return has been confirmed and approved
